Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your RuHills products, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase due to a defect or damage, we’re here to help.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after your order has been delivered. If we don’t receive your return request within 30 days of delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Eligibility Criteria

You can return or exchange an item if it's unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

If your item shows signs of use such as stains, marks, or wear and tear, we may grant a partial refund at our discretion. Items that are damaged or missing parts (unless it's our error) are non-returnable.

Return Process

To begin your return, email us at reach@ruhills.com with:

  1. The name used on the order
  2. Order number
  3. Item(s) to be returned
  4. Reason for return

We’ll reply with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s)—usually within 7-10 business days—we’ll email you about your refund approval or rejection. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange a defective or damaged item, contact us with the relevant details. We’ll verify if an exchange applies and provide further instructions.

FAQ

My refund is late/missing. What do I do? If you don’t see your refund, first check your bank account again. If it’s still not there, contact your credit card company—it may take some time for your refund to post officially. If you’ve done all this and you still haven’t received your refund, email us at reach@ruhills.com. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If your item is defective or damaged, we'll refund the return shipping cost up to a maximum amount. Email us at reach@ruhills.com for more information.
