We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders, both within the USA and internationally. Additionally, we provide Express Delivery as an option at an additional cost, which varies based on the specific order.
Once your order arrives to your country, it will be delivered to you by USPS. Depending on the size of your order, you may receive it in separate packages, typically delivered 1 to 2 business days apart.
To fulfill your order, our warehouse processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. After placing your order, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once processed and shipped, the expected delivery time is as follows:
- Free shipping: 3 to 5 weeks
- Express shipping: 1 to 2 weeks
We provide these timeframes to ensure prompt delivery of your order. However, in most cases, you can anticipate receiving your order well before the maximum timeframe.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs and import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and we unfortunately have no control over these charges. As we ship from China, these fees may apply to your order. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information about any potential charges before placing your order. If you decide to refuse any shipments from RuHills, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to RuHills. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, we will send you an email containing your order tracking number. You can utilize this tracking number on our tracking page or the USPS website to monitor the progress of your order.
Why is my tracking number not working?
Please note that tracking numbers usually function only for orders within the US, as foreign postal systems may not update the package's location in our carriers' systems. International shipping generally takes between 5 and 25 days for delivery, so we kindly request your patience. If your order was domestic, and the tracking number isn't working, please inform us, and we will check the shipping status for you.
My order status shows "delivered," but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Once your order is shipped from the RuHills warehouse, any delivery issues within the US become the responsibility of USPS. If you encounter such a situation, we recommend contacting USPS directly at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office.
How can I report missing, lost, or damaged items?
If any item(s) in your order is missing, lost, or damaged, please contact us promptly with your name and order number. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused and will assist you accordingly.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Once your order is placed, our warehouse staff promptly processes it, typically within 24 hours, and arranges delivery. While we will make every effort to accommodate address changes, please notify us immediately if you notice an error in the entered address. Provide your name, order number, and details of the error, and we will do our best to update it before the package departs. However, please note that due to delivery schedules, we cannot guarantee address changes.
